My mom is the activity director and i honestly think that with out her those elders would be sitting there bored all day. The staff is also very lovely they seem to really care about there jobs

I wish I could give this place less than a star. They killed my mother. She recently had surgery as she had gotten sepsis from these nurses not changing her bandages properly, I was told they would be trained again and my mother called me a week before her death and told me that they still werent wrapping her fresh surgical wounds. This place has horrible customer service as well. They had an attitude on the phone with me when they gave me the news. Dont put your loved ones here.

Its god awful guys and.my Grandma was in there a while back and.it worse then. Ladies in the front office are smiling all the time and interacting but most every single aide was rude or angry but if You caught their.eye they managed to try and.smile.. Not all they but a couple. They have to wait tables and some yard work. To. Anyway Its affordable and truly sad every time I go in. Also pretty dirty and wheelchair folks sitting everywhere waiting on showers or whatever.

Please do not put your loves ones in this facility. The staff os awful the place is disgusting. My grandmother is there waiting out her days and she tells us everyday that she just wants to die because the staff is awful. They made her sit in her own feciese for 6 hours yesterday. Please look else where for care for your loved ones as that is what we are doing.
