Great online/virtual touring, application, lease-signing, and move-in process. There were a few things that weren't clear, but virtual renting in the time of covid is new for everyone. I really love the apartment--super clean and well-maintained. Maintenance responded ASAP when I discovered the dishwasher didn't work. The communitybis clean, safe, and quiet. I've been here 2.5 weeks and love it!

Fantastic place if you love smoking in your apartment all day. I work from home and get to smell my neighbors smoking all day because it comes in through the air vents. What you do in your own unit is completely up to you, but when it starts interfering with my living and work situation then it's a problem.

I moved into a studio size apartment at the Meadow Creek community in Gunbarrel 1 1/2 years ago with my dog Monty. They have a dog park within walking distance where he is free to roam about & mingle with other dogs. Shortly after moving in I was diagnosed with a deteriorating hip that required replacement followed by extensive rehabilitation. While I was going through this process one of my neighbors diligently feed & walked Monty daily. The management and maintenance team have responded to various needs that have arisen that I would not have had the physical or mental ability to handle on my own!
