Worst place to work nobody is experienced in the Assisted Living management team area they have two sisters who pretty much tells all the employees what to do AL supervisor always on vacation and leaves her staff in the hands of someone they think that knows what she is doing which she dont at all she just has personally relationships with the residents, boss complains that their short staffed but lets people go home early or start shift 4hrs later all have attitudes they have LPN I believe who just sits in the office all day on her ph you tell them that the resident is injured or isnt feeling well and they dont care at allll they have residents who belong in a nursing home they do not pay their staff enough money to be taking care of total assist people its not a good place to work at unless you can handle pressure bad attitude and low pay. The front desk people sit on their but all day and do not help staff out at all when theyre short the place is nice the residents are nice and caring people its the management that suck its a shame to have people in the office who dont even know what the heck they are doing the two sisters are just employees but act like theyre bosses it ridiculous!!!!!!!!!
