I lived ar this home for 6 years, the last 2 years were horrible. The management does not care for the residents. Housekeeping and laundry is very bad. Many times there is NO housekeeper, bedding lacks clean Changes, or bathroom real cleanings. Laundry is done carelessly. I feel sorry for those still living there.Maria Hernandez

Staff director was nice during the consultation and renting the room. But as days go on her nice attitude changes kind of snobby. Food is terrible where my mom skips meals a lot. But speaking to other tenents also complaing about the awful food. Have to contantly be complaing about her medications not given to her. A big regret for all the money she pays monthly. Some staff pretty nice but some not so much. The halls snell like dried urine. Wish we have looked at a few other places before we picked this place. It might look nice on your visit but after your family member been there for a bit you see how different staff can be. My mother lasted 7 months and passed on. She lost so much weight and I hated myself for putting her in this place. I always thought she just complained to much. After she passed I realized how I should have listen to her complaints and get her out of there.
