Honestly, we were super concerned about admitting my dad (75) here especially after the reviews. But after meeting with Cody and learning about the new management we took a chance. Could not be happier with the result. Would definitely return again if needed.

New management and it really shows. My mother is very happy with the care she has been receiving here.

-1 star to whoever is responsible for the training and staffing and scheduling in this place. Get it together people. -1 star for lack of communication amongst the staff and changes taking place on a daily basis which leads to neglect when it comes to keeping the clients clean and checked on according to the law which is every 2 hours I believe.-1 star to staff that take on this type of work without considering what the job requires1 star weekend Staff2 stars giving some credit to the very few CNA's that try to do their jobs considering the lack of training n leadership given to them.2 stars Weekday Staff2 1/2 stars to the staff that have heart for this place n their job yet still need some direction.3 stars Medication management team. Thank goodness they are keeping this part on point. 3 stars go to the - dietary Staff for doing all they can with what they have available to them. 3 stars to the misc staff that does the cleaning n laundry and odd jobs to keep the place looking better then what is really going on in this place.***Highly advice and recommend that If you have a family or friend in this place LOOK in on them regularly like about 3+ days a week and especially on weekends and different time frames. If your not able to be part of their time in this place then help them get placement somewhere else.

A zero star rating is what this place should receive. This place was horrible! My mother was to only be in this facility for a short amount of time for rehab and so many things they did was inexcusable. First, my mother didnt get a shower for three weeks and only until I asked did she then get one. Second, giving a patient pain killers that is in liver failure when an ER refused to do so because they understand this is something you cannot do. Third, she did not get her proper treatments in a timely manner especially when she was being discharged to fly to another state. Sadly, three days after being discharged from this place she passed away and one of the causes was septiis from not receiving treatments as needed. Id rather my family leave me on the streets than ever place me in this facility.
