I had to place my grandmother in this facility temporarily due to a fall. The rehab team worked with her and got her back home in time for Christmas. The facility itself is very clean and the staff was very nice and accommodating to the other residents. I would highly recommend this facility in the surrounding areas.

What a nightmare of a place to send a loved one....Please do not take a loved one here ever! My brother never got the crutches the doctor ordered him. My brother came here after surgery from having a fractured pelvis from a fall.My brother was left in the wheel chair for 8 hours and then again 4 hours the next day while he cried from pain and they ignored him!!!! My brother still can not walk on his own after being at this place for 72 days! He was left unattended in the bathroom several times and he reported ALL this to the physiologist. They DUMPED my brother at the mental hospital so he would not be believed in telling about the abuse here! At least now after the social worker at the mental hosp placed my brother into a nice and caring place where hes now getting proper therapy.

DO NOT SEND LOVED ONES HERE!! My mother was on home hospice and she stayed here for 4 days to give me a break. I got rest but I feel guilty for putting her in a place like that.
