Highgate Senior Living - Temecula

With COVID-19 restrictions, Highgate staff made a stressful move of our mother into Memory Care such a pleasant experience. We dropped furniture, boxes, clothes, etc. at a specified location. A team met us and sanitized everything before moving it to her room. As we were not permitted into the building (COVID-19 restrictions), Highgate staff moved all furniture in, mounted the TV on the wall and set it up, unpacked all her belongings, hung curtains and pictures on the wall and made her bed. This was all done within a 2-hour window. Staff even came in or their holiday to accomplish this move (4th of July weekend). They were wonderful.Our experience with the Executive Director, Healthcare Director, Caregiver Coordinator and Maintenance Director has also been great. We were guided through the process and kept in the loop every step of the way. Our mother is now enjoying a safe and caring environment at Highgate Temecula.

I am happy to have my father at Highgate during these chaotic times. Although I cannot visit him personally, the hardworking staff has accommodated our family with weekly FaceTime and Zoom calls. He always appears clean, groomed, and happy.

They went above and beyond to make this transition a positive one and they succeeded. My parents absolutely adore the staff and they are happier than we dared to hope. Thanks to Highgate a stressful time became a very positive experience.

My husband is in Memory care at Highgate.I am so grateful for the quality care he is receiving and support they offer me. The staff is amazing! well trained, loving and truly care for the residents as well as the families. One day my husband was agitated, not from them but his ALZ. I suggested medication. They suggested a holistic approach. They gave him a spa bath, essential oils, soft music and shoulder massage. He was so relaxed, my only complaint is they did not offer the same to me.

Love the facility and the staff, they have always been quite courteous and responsive to my Aunt's needs. The facility itself is new, and represents the newest ideas and up to date features of assisted living and memory care in my opinion.The facility itself takes advantage of new technology, ranging from cable TV, electronic communication with residents, to dual pane windows, solid core doors and extra insulation between walls and floors.The reason I know this, is because my Aunt came from another facility in Temecula. From the Highgatge ground breaking a couple years ago, I realized this would be a better place for her to live, I visited the site during the construction phase a few times. Very impressed. I would recommend Highgate Senior Living of Temecula.
