I dont know who to start with because they have so many wonderful caring people working there.To start Maria and Sue at the front desk are like family to your loved ones and they do so much to help out in many levels including the full onset of ringing phones and requests or needs from residents living at AVANT GARDE.Erin is such a professional at setting up and sinking up any matters that arise be it with mishaps or mediating needs of residents or families involved in making everyones needs met as best as possible.Marisol is like just that a bright yellow Sunflower always smiling and helping. The Caretakers , LVN, Medics are all very loving caring and professional something that really lacks today in many Senior and Nursing Facilitates now days.They have fantastic outings and events set up along with Arts and Crafts, Exercise and Full Salon and Game and Brain Game days and even Pet Therapy!The Chef at the Restaurant really looks out to prepare heathy and wonderful meals and Deserts So our Mother never feels like she has missed out on those things she liked when she was living at home independently prior to loosing her best friend and FT Caretaker our Father. This Senior home is kept clean with no foul smells or dirty areas or trash cans being unkept. We see the housekeeping and janitorial duties being done with care and concerning mind.We see things at times that need improvement not everything is always perfect and yes ,we also see that some areas at AVANT GARDE still are in the works to improve and or get better but all in all we are so happy with the choice we made for our Mother to call it home.Thank You Everyone there and the great Friends Mom has made its a fantastic place we see people of every age, religion, skin color all COEXISTING in a World that today unfortunately is not always very kind.
