This place is terrible. I would get better care at a pet kennel. Some of the staff walk around like zombies hanging out in the halls on their phones. They were very animated when pizza and cake were made available. Staff were shouting and laughing with each other. Eating in the halls in front of patients Everytime I asked about therapy treatment 'oh we are going to do that tomorrow. Tomorrow never comes.

I had my mother in this facility, they have the most caring and human staff ever. Every single one of their staff go out of their way to make sure that their residents are clean, fed and well cared for. I remember one of the staff members, got an Armenian cd for my mother even though she did not speak the language, just to make sure, she did not feel left out. If there were 10 stars, I think they would deserve it. I was visiting my mother every single day, on and off hours, and not even once, I had encountered any issues with my mother. I wish I had taken her to this place from the very beginning as well as my dad. They are the shiniest stars of ALL convalescent hospitals. Thank you for being the BEST.

The staff here don't care about the patients in their facility. You could stand in the middle of the hallway looking for help and the staff (i.e.RN, CNA) will act like they don't see you, including the director. You are invisible to all. This is not a 5 star facility. They don't monitor the sign in sheet, what makes u think they'll monitor your love one?
