Our family experience was nothing short of being wonderful. The staff always made my mom feel important and treated her with dignity. She was always clean, her room for the most part kept up nicely, the kitchen staff was very sweet and the food delicious. When we did have concerns our calls and emails were always returned, issues were always resolved. My mom started on a respite, if she didn't like Aegis she could return home . She stayed on. I recommend paying Aegis a visit before you decide, you will be pleasantly surprised.

The supervisor AnnMarre is the rudest, most unfriendly person we have ever spoken to. We definitely will be taking our business somewhere else.
