So the owner Marilyn cares about is the money. Patient care comes last to her. No matter how many complaints and concerns were addressed, or at least tried to address if she decided to answer you, she completely ignored unless patients families were there to witness offences. Delayed pest control even after being told roaches were coming out of patients rooms or diapers. When presented with that she didn't answer for days. As an example she had hired a caregiver who's responsibilities included being janitor, cable/internet technician, office manager, med tech, liasion between patients and staff, translater between staff members, and handy man. No training at all in any it.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Please don't send your loved ones here! We just had to take my dad out of this place. It's horrible. So many health and safety violations. No air conditioning in heat of summer. There are only 3 little fans for the whole place! Can 20 +seniors share that? NO. My father's health has declined since being here. No help with real bathing or toilleting. They put him in diapers instead of helping him to his commode. Very little staff. Caregivers have to also be the janitor, food service and med tech at the same time. Please don't send a loved one here! Too many legal and moral violations to list here.Also, they yelled at my father when they thought he was using the phone too much in their opinion. They restricted phone access so he couldn't always call us when he needed to. Also, today when we went to get him, it was stifling hot in his room and the entire building. And it stunk too. They had a broken thermostat that claimed it was 70 degrees inside. No way in hell it was that cool. I get cold at that temp. It felt like a sauna/steam room in there. I feel bad for the other people left there. For their health and safety, they need to try and go somewhere else. Mistreatment, verbal abuse go on in there.
