E.O.E. with no experience. Can get hired. Training of new staff is too short, for the household needs and shift requirments, Not to mention the medication training is way to short and not thorough. There are good intentions and desires from the bussiness owners and staff. Wage rate is so so. And day off requests are answered and usually granted if within reason. It does not have a private investor, or an endless bank account to update and improve conditions in the homes, or buy all the things some may feel and or think it needs, but they are redone when needed. Somewhat understaffed. Communication between staff and management should be easier. Needes for clients are met to the best of the teams abilities. And the staffs capabilities.
