My wife was transferred to Serenity after her surgery. I was instructed to call them later in the day to see how she was doing. When I called the care nurse Susan, she was very short with her answer and just told me shes fine. Susan didnt even ask me the patients name. So how does she know shes doing fine. And told me to call my wife on her cell phone if she has with her. Right after Susan said that, she told me she gave her some pain med so call later. So i asked Susan if I call her or my wife on her cell later. She didnt even answer me but i could hear her talking to her co workers as she was hanging up.This is the worst care service facility I have every experienced. You get better and more caring service from a run down homeless shelter than Serenity in Santa Monica. I gave it 1 star because I has no choice. But this place deserves negative stars! -5 Stars.
