I've been extremely happy with these apartment. Everything is new the management is a blessing to us. Its animal friendly. Very nice residents are warm and friendly. Great little community. Thumbs up.

This place is a new 55+ resort style complex at an extremely reasonable price. It accommodates many different lifestyles while maintaining a warm, friendly and professional environment. Yes, there are some hard rules like no smoking on property and 100% pickup of all pet waste, but that's a good thing. It's overall healthier for the community and others. (wish it included vaping cough cough)Office staff is simply top notch. They go out of their way to help you. One time the wind blew my front door open while I was in the jacuzzi and my little dachshund got out. Neighbors immediately tracked down Cheryl from the office and she came and found me to rescue my dog! That's the kind of neighbors and people that work there are. And when things break, their maintenance staff is on top of it ASAP and they are just as nice and friendly as the office staff. Great place to live!

It's terrible.no smoking on the whole property. You have to walk off the whole property to smoke.The fixtures are cheap. How are you supposed to live in luxury when everything is so cheaply made? The worse place I've ever lived.

I moved in two and a half weeks ago. I have a studio apartment, third floor and I love it. The management goes out of its way to encourage residents to get to know each other. Because its brand new its so clean and pristine - love it! The landscaping is very nice, lots of maintenance staff, and I love the way you use a debit type card for the laundry room instead of having to have change in your pocket. And they welcome pets! No place is perfect, and I come from living most of my life in Southern California, and a little bit of time in New York, so the prices are very fair as far as Im concerned. The staff have always been patient and professional with me. Im really enjoying getting to know my neighbors. I think the insulation of the apartments for warmth and noise is just fine. And theres lots of security. I recommend it!

what a clean and health environment to live, living in Indianapolis for three month nah have not a good environment like this...they are also in costumer caring.this a good and perfect environment to live, if you are looking for one quickly get this and it also affordable. Thanks..
