Terrible facility. I would NEVER have any of my family members live here. Staff members call in sick whenever they please. Because they are understaffed, the employees that where on the shift prior to the person that called in, they HAVE to stay. Yes you read right HAVE to stay so if they worked an 8 hour shift and someone calls in they have tostay and work 12-14 hours..I do believe that's against the law!! I hope someone who is a legal representative is reading this so that they can take this Hassell Family to court(mind to say the Hassells are LOADED with money). Also when a patient falls instead of getting a doctors order to properly medicate the patient the staff sedates them with narcotics. The staff working here are not medical licensed professionals. The staff is allowed on their 'own discretion' to sedate the residents! The meals look terrible, staff is constantly calling in sick, staff is constantly quitting, residents look miserable..Terrible facility.

Awful...AWEFUL. This place is more about looks than patient, care or SAFETY. This place is understaffed and the staff that is there doesn't have the proper training. There is NO OVERSEEING RN AT THIS FACILITY. The employees giving out medications don't know what the medications are much less what the reactions could be. Staff isn't trained for emergency situations. The staff will overmedicate patients so they are quiet and sleepy. Terrible place. Should be shut down!!

Incredible home and staff. Both of my Grandparents were able to spend their last years together here. It was priceless to them and our entire family and such a joy to see their spirits and health actually improve in their first week there. My kids enjoyed going on the event days and still ask when we can go back. (Carnival days, live bands/orchestras and even snow trucked in before Christmas!) The whole house smelled great as the chefs always had something amazing going in the kitchen. It was especially nice to see the once a week spa day when professional hair dressers came in and gave hair cuts and styles. Foot washing and pedi/manicures happen the same day. It's a magical place. I miss my Grandparents deeply, but was greatful to see them so well cared for and happy together.
