Have lived over six years in one of Merrill Gardens cottages and have been totally satisfied with the experience. It has allowed for independent living with a staff, second to none, available to assist when needed.

Rules are rule co workers need to respect work,you get paid to help people that pay to be there so don't get comfortable and think u can get with breaking rules this supervisor need to enforce protocol if there staff are hooking up work it not ur home lol

My parents are so happy here. I was looking for a top notch assisted living facility for them and Merrill Gardens is wonderful. The staff is friendly and caring. The restaurant is wonderful. They are just starting to engage in activities, but have already met happy neighbors. They just love their new apartment and are enjoying loving life with a little less stress.

Friendly, helpful staff that provides everything that is needed for a comfortable, senior residence facility. Dining room is open 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. for Any Time Dining. Variety of activities is offered so residents are never bored. 2 buses are available daily for transportation to doctor appointments, shopping and weekly scenic drives. Location in northern Santa Maria gives many residents scenic views of the riverbed and the hills beyond.

We are located in a 2 BR cottage. The landscaping is well kept for the cottages as well as the rest of the gardens and buildings. The activities are well planned and interesting. All the staff is friendly and helpfil. The menues are varied and have many options available. Assisted living and memorary care are also available.
