Condesa who is a director in this facility is constantly speaking Tagalog. This is a common problem in health care system. When I brought up this issue to her attention she became very defensive. What is wrong with this women. Instead of apologizing she started threatening me. Management needs to look into this. This is violating patients right.

From my experience, having been there on Thanksgiving for Dinner, Pacific Gardens is an excellent Assisted Living facility. The numerous staff members that I saw & met, were kind & friendly and caring. The owner participated right along side the staff. The food was excellent. Going back today for Christmas celebration.
