Though I do not know the previous reviewer I agree 100%. I have only received 1 pay check in the 3 months I've been employed by Steven & Ruth Wall. I should have left earlier but I kept giving them both the benefit of the doubt. He stopped returning my calls and when I told him I would call my lawyer he simply said 'I'll believe it when I see it.' It's something straight out of ABC's 'What would you do?'. He lived in the home with the residents and still didn't remember all of their names even until the day the State shut the facility shut down. He owns Cambria too and I wouldn't trust his standards one bit.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY at any of their Santa Barbara locations. They will use hard working local owner operated services & they do not pay their bills. Additionally they will promise to pay, ignore your phone calls, refuse all communication as well as certified letters. The few times I have spoken Mr. Steven Wells - he was extremely rude. And don't bother trying to reach his wife, Ruth, at their Cambria Way location - she will not respond either.I find it deplorable that they would take the monies of hard working families for elder care & then turn around a refuse to pay hard working middle class folks.
