Greenhills II was bought by the original owners son in January 2017 and renamed Park Grove. Until January 2017, we had no serious complaints about care at Greenhills. But since January, care at the facility has plummeted, with the owners riding roughshod over the residents, ignoring them, controlling them, and goading them. Do not take your loved senior to that place. The owners do not respect the elderly residents, treating them as two-year-olds. Residents are not allowed to question them or the rules. If they do, the response will be, We make the rules. If a resident disagrees with them, especially their political or religious views, they will accuse him or her of being racist (they are Filipino) and will harass, intimidate, and threaten your loved one. They put on a good front, but behind the scenes its another story. There are far better places to take your loved one, places where care is professional, genuine, and respectful. We are glad we left and found a caring home.

They have an atrocious staff who is constantly changing. The management is racist and frequently speaks Tagalog in front of employees and staff. They frequently talk about white or Mexican employees negatively in Tagalog. They call Americans 'lazy'. Mr Si, the husband of the owner Myrna, yells at staff and residents equally. He uses swear words, and is demeaning and rough with both staff and residents. The employees frequently neglect residents to watch TV. Mr Si is abusive towards staff and residents. Caregivers frequently fight with one another and Myrna encourages this behavior be not allowing friends to work together. She has one employee Maria who spend all her time texting and does not punish her because she is Filipino. They do not serve adequate meals. None of the staff knows how to cook. They frequently 'forget' to call residents children and the staff is lazy. Residents are left wet and dirty and remain in the same clothes for days. The Mother Myrna dotes of her sons Meynard and husband Si who cannot function in the care giving environment. She writes rules for the staff that only the white and Mexican staff have to follow. Employees are always on their phones. Over all, it's a horrible place, do not put anyone there unless you want abuse. Myrna is also highly suspicious of other women who come near her husband and will make unhanded comments about you if you speak to him.
