I have lived here now for over a year and I find having many stores within a walking distance for anyone is very convenient. Access to freeways is a great blessing.And finally for those of us with health issues the County Fire department is across the street and the hospital is two miles away.

Never clean behind the trash cans from waste management, sidewalks are hard to use if your using a walker. The parking is ridiculous people with no current green tags on their cars ?
