I recently moved into Park San Dimas Apartments. And I must say that the management staff, Susan and Solita, treated me with kindness, courtesy, and professionalism. All my questions about utilities, insurance, carports, and pets were addressed swiftly. The staff even allowed me to measure the rooms on more than one occasion before I moved in. This Senior home is an amazing place. I've only lived here a short time due to circumstances beyond my control. However, during my stay I had fallen in love with the peacefulness, it's surrounding and my neighbors. Susan is the manager of Park San Dimas. She's very professional and will go above and beyond. I have observed and experienced the prompt response, attention to my emails and emergency situations that arised. Thank you Susan. She takes pride in her job. Susan know all her tenants by name and that's awesome. Thanks again.

I moved into Park San Dimas in the spring of 2017. The manager Susan Allen is on top of any issues that come up here. Shes always kind & very approachable. She knows each resident by their name. That in itself gives you a good feeling. Its so peaceful & quiet here. I can finally sleep. Something I couldnt do at my last apartment.The grounds are well kept. The pool is heated & not crowded. Susan puts on dinners for us at Thanksgiving & Christmas in our beautiful club house. There are many ongoing activities to participate in. Its pleasant to walk around the grounds in our gated community. Its very safe here.

I have lived at this complex for the past 7 months and I love it! It is clean, quiet and most of all run by an efficient manager. Susan not only knows her residents well but is very helpful and goes beyond her duties to address concerns. She is not only a very caring person but also a true professional.

Awsome Apartments! Clean, New feeling, Very Welcoming.Susan Allen showed me the property she is an expert in this business and she signed me in in no time very streamed line process.The place is so quiet that you could hear a church mouse sneeze.Being nestled against the foothills there are spectacular views.Parking which is important to me was never a problem carport or open spaces.I moved out a few months ago due to geographical changes and I've just started writing reviews again Susan Allen was the first person that I thought of.I always recommend Park San Dimas Apartments.
