'20/1 1st review, but handful of visits to/with a resident over several years. Pleased to share the consistency over all the visits:-- The facility perfectly blends into the residential community. The parking is the same as the rest of the residential neighborhood.-- Quiet, serene, peaceful and nicely landscaped in blending with the neighborhood aesthetics.-- The front is fenced with a nice courtyard with bistro table and chairs. The backyard the same.-- Inside, while small, is pleasantly decorated and naturally lit giving a feeling of one's own home--not institutionalized care/facility.-- One attentive, decently English speaking caregiver (I have met a couple over the years) always kind, welcoming, and showing genuine hospitality to guest and care to resident.-- I have been impressed with the responsiveness to resident requests & needs--including one's own, labeled salad dressings and desserts received from the refrigerator for us having brought-in lunch at the dining table.-- Each resident (up to six permitted) has their own room, and share two restrooms--one of which has a large, wheelchair accessible shower.-- Meals are together at one dining table in kitchen.-- Residents can have online purchases shipped direct to care home giving the feel of living at one's own home still.-- I have seen no pets at the facility.-- The only caveat is IF one is a night owl by nature, as dinner is served around 3:30p, and bedtime routine starts around 5p, and completed (all in bed) by time 6p overnight staff arrives (one may stay awake to read, etc. but must remain in bed until morning staff arrives for 'up routine'). Morning routines & breakfast are also early, and lunch served 11:30a.-- My elder friend states this one to typically-five residents care over the past three years has been much more satisfying than several larger independent living facilities experienced prior for a handful of years.
