Attractive Marketing at its best! When you enter your loved ones you will notice , poor hygene. Residents become incontinence . terrible house keeping. Rude medtechs. Youth working and have no natural effection to residents. Very expensive. Stollen property. And lead med tech Pam , does not know how to successfully tranfer residents. And the administrator Trisa, is her good friend . Employees make good money due to much over time. I would not admit my dog here.

Appears to be Very clean, beautiful decor but care is not good, my aunt had a stroke & needs rehab, can't get it. So she has been bedridden & has many painful bed sores ,lost half her toe medical staff changes frequently & unfamiliar with her needs. .

My Dad's been there at Gramercy 3 times and each time the staff, his care, and overall experience has been excellent!!!!

My mother didn't get to stay here long, but the staff watched my mother very closely, and saw that she needed more care than they could give. Everyone from Terese, the director, to Linda, the activities coordinator, took a special interest in helping. When I went back to gather mom's things, I had many people come by and inquire on my mother's well being.I recommend Gramercy Court to anyone looking for a wonderful place for their love one!
