Im glad these people turned my mother away from being placed in memory care due to behavioral concerns. A whole week and a half passed by with numerous phone calls to Tiffany and Patrick with no returned calls. Calling for a week without answers just to be told today by Patrick who by the way just gave me the run around along with Tiffany, that my mother wasnt going to be able to be accommodated. Dont let the beauty of this place fool you. Big let down and HUGE waste of time!! Side note: I think they put on a show for you when you tour the facility, seems like things are staged, not to mention the snobby, arrogant staff.

Great place except for the rude loud lawn maintenance people they have. Before 7:30.am they are blowing the parking lot. Bringing dirt in from the front (central ave) and blowing it all over every car in the parking lot, toward the back!! More than once a week to boot! Too loud and inconsiderate to neighbors!

OK raincross medical is my favorite facility as far as medically but the evil trolls who run the pharmacy need to calm down and not be so rude and obnoxious that lil Mexican is so rude she don't care who is around and Caren money hungry I bet she's not married really
