Check on your family member daily. Staff over worked, & under staffed. Staff members worked double shifts. Patients screem at nite for staff. Doctors don't do daily visits, unless a it's a neccissity. Linen not not cheched staff, & staff not truthfully. Patients property will be stolen, only bath patients once a week, butlthey are soooo Nice.

I feel sorry for the staff. Not only do they not care about the patients, but they don't care to help out their own coworkers. But I feel worse for the patients. Prepare to be continuously passed onto nurse after nurse with ANY question you have. Management really needs to step up & pay out for more nurses. They ignore elderly patients BLATANTLY. The call lights stay repetitive on the speakers while the nurses stay still & when they do FINALLY get to help yourloved one, no matter how grateful or helpful you try to sound/be, They're still going to give you an attitude.

This facility is terrible. My grandmother lived and died there and it eased the worst experience. I had to file complaints with the county and local ombudsman to receive any serious assistance. She suffered from a skin disease that was obtained during her stay there and was never resolved. The doctor determined her cause of death without seeing her. The facility contacted a funeral home without consulting their paperwork, so I had to track down my grandmother's body. Since her death I have been placed on hold for more than 30 minutes to get answers only to be told the person i need to speak with is gone for the day. I have been hung up on multiple times while holding. Please, if you care for your loved ones, find a different facility.
