I am an assisted living consultant and educator. I teach the law that governs Assisted Living Communities. (Disclosure) I have never been hired by Lavender Hills and have no financial interest in this community. This is one of the most beautiful communities I have ever been to. I took a tour, sat down and talked with residents and staff. I was invited to have lunch and it was delicous and beautifully presented. Real Mashed potatoes and fresh veggies! I sat with the residents at a table that was beautifully set. Their dining service and food quality is unmatched! The activitiy schedule is impressive, the staff even more impressive. Lavender Hills is a place that doesn't just talk the talk, they walk the walk. Attention to detail in every way, especially for those that live within their doors. When it is time for me to go into assisted care this is were I will be. Thank you for taking the time to do it right and CARE! As a professional in this field I give Lavender Hills 10 stars! I use to work for lavender Hills a little over 2 years ago. And I will honestly say that Mark and Janet are two of the most wonderful people I have ever had the privilege in meeting and getting to know briefly! And the Administration staff is without a doubt the best employers anyone, myself included could ever work for! I will never forget all of the priceless time spent and beautiful and most wonderful memories I was blessed to have made at LH! It was truely such an honor to work their and I really wish I could still be there today! Was definitely my most favorite place to be! Thank you Mark and Janet for your wonderful love that show and have for literally every single person that walks through the doors at lavender Hills. And Jennifer Boss thank you for literally everything you have done for me and just really all the time, dedication, love you showed me and gave to me! I work at lavender hills and I have been treated very well. Everybody from residents and staff have made me feel welcomed and part of the family. I have fallen in love with several residents due to enter action with them and love to care for them as if Im a member of their family. I have to say that all the staff have incredible hearts with how they care for the residents.
