As a company that serves the senior community we work with many families who are exploring their options and need advice. While we are specialists in Senior Housing, we are not equipped to help seniors or families with personal care if they choose to remain in their current homes. So, we depend upon partners such as Deanne and her team at Home Care Assistance to provide that very important component. And the feedback we get from the families who choose HCA has been always positive and glowing. They have never let us or our families down.

They were a godsend for us! My mother was scheduled to move to assisted living but ended up needing some help in the week before the move. Home Care Assistance was able to schedule people practically last minute for us. The helpers were very nice, prompt and helpful. Later we needed people for overnight, again it was last minute requests and they found lovely helpers to come stay overnight. We were comfortable leaving our mom in their care while we got some much needed rest.

My Father became quite ill and required Home Care assistance. The hospital he was admitted to recommended this agency. I was put in contact with Jonathan Mendoza who managed the care. He was nothing less than outstanding. From the beginning, he determined my father's needs and quickly arranged 24 hour aid care for my dad. The aids always arrived promptly, were all well trained and very caring. Whenever a change was requested by our family, the agency was always very accommodating. Jonathan Mendoza's management was extraordinary and I felt at ease knowing that he made certain that my dad's care would be provided at the highest level. I strongly recommend this agency.Susan Stone

The caregiver was professional, kind and considerate. Our Mother felt comfortable with him and had confidence in his care. Our case manager was also professional and very consistent in her communication with the family. We highly recommend HCA.
