Hello my name is Vicky, This August will be my 10 year anniversary working at Del Monte Assisted Living. I have worked in a hospital setting and other assisted living facilities. But to be truthful there is just no place like here, Del Monte is like my home. The co-workers & Management team are outstanding. They Listen to your concerns, and address them when needed. Every since Sunny & Nagesh became new owners Del Monte Assisted Living is a new and improved Del Monte Assisted Living. We are all like family and we care for your loved ones like our own. Im excited to see what the future will hold for this new and improved Company & my self. Because I know there is room for my future so that I can Grow. Whether youre curious of becoming an employee & seeing how if this facility is right for you, or youre just a family member who is interested in having a loved one live here. There is opportunity for all. You wont be disappointed. Visits are all welcome. We hope your future home will be with us.

My grandmother, my mother, and now my father have stayed at Del Monte. Its almost a family tradition (maybe I should reserve my spot!). They have changed ownership recently, and the new management is scheduling more events and field trips than their predecessors. The grounds are peaceful and garden-like, and all the workers Ive encountered have been very good. We looked at some of the fancier residences, but this place appealed to us. My dad is coming up on 93, and he likes all of his helpers.Team Del Monte Rocks!!

My mother is a resident at the Del Monte. I must say that I am very pleased with the quality of treatment my mother receives. She loved Julia and Lee! Also, I like how the new activities are much more stimulating and engaging for the residents. My mother has really enjoyed the new activities introduced by the new Del Monte team. She loved the pet parade and the car show the most. I love to see her smile everyday and it is all thanks to the team at the Del Monte. A suggestion would be to have a complaint box so that residents could fill out requests or let staff know indirectly if something is bothering them

I enjoyed caring for the residents at the Del Monte and have found it to be quite a rewarding experience.No one can come close to compassionate care and looking after residents the way they do. I have never seen a team as dedicated as they are- especially under the new management. Go Del Monte team!! Keep up the good work.
