Horrible horrible place. My poor grandmother was here and was the worst decision we ever made! She died because of their negligence. Its a long story but she ended up with lice once, there was urine all over her mattress and no one bothered to change or clean it until I complained. They didn't give her a shower for weeks. And no one checks in on them. Please don't put your loved one here ever! It makes me sick to my stomach how poorly they treat the elderly here! My advice is hire a skilled nurse to come to your house and care for your grandparents!

I have experienced medical neglect. I find no one in an authorstative position to exercise any care or consideration for problems occurring. There is an absence of conscience on the part of leadership. This is supposed to be Assisted Living, but out of a desperate need to fill the facility people who need more care are accepted. There is no personnel for memory care, and yet such people are accepted. Staff are hired for a particular position and yet are expected to fulfill other duties, due to lack of personnel. Staff who are spread thin by needing to perform multiple tasks have expressed exasperation to me. And want to leave. Most importantly, I was in terrible pain and relied on both the Director and Wellness Director to follow through with promised doctor's visit and other care. Both parties did not fulfill their obligations. Another staff member needing to exercise diligence in looking after me, failed to do so and had only an 'I forgot' as an answer with no remorse. Problems residents have with mentally impaired residents, who don't truly belong in an facility like this, do not get any resolution for the most part. Glaring inadequacies are overlooked. As a person who has had involvement in other businesses which have been successful, this facility does not come close to any quality performance.

They told me that they took the elderly who have dementia and yet the whole time my family member was there, they called me on all his acting outs and for me to come and pick him up when I was unable to. They are only a facility to help those who are not able to live alone and have no real problems. I was also forced to take him home when he was not himself and being violent and they didn't care. When I went to move him out of the place, a lot of his things were missing. I heard places like this steal from others, if not co workers then other residents. I do not recommend this place. False advertising is not alright.
