Dude.. this place is a great place to work. The Staff are great and are well trained and know their jobs. the Manager is also very knowledgable and helpful with residents and staff. It can get kind of confusing when the manager meets with staff and gets staff input and make a plan cos then the owner comes in and changes everything and underminds the staff and definitely the manager for sure !!

I put an application in and went to check on it and was hung up on and not one call back to say if I got the job or not very unprofessional seems you haveto be family or friend to get a job with bensonhouse rude people do answer the phone and I got a phone call at 11 p.m. and hung up on you guys need to check yourselves

I tried 2 times to work at Benson House. I am LPT with 35 years of experience. The first time I was ask what salary that I work for. I did not know their ranges so I threw out there 21 an hour, was told by Berths that she would get back to me which she didn't. I called and left messages to no avail. The second was with Jonathan who told me to call back between 2or3 which I got his voice mail which was full. Convenet right??I call the person who said I was hired and she would talked to Jonathan which I was told by him that he had my hiring packet all ready. I left messages with the person in Hemet and again no answer.So where's my packet and WHERE IS MY JOB.. I would think twice before I work that company.

Whoever awnsers the phone is extremely rude. I called checking on a job application first thing she says what do u need if u applied I already have ur name *hangs up phone*
