If you want to get Poor quality care this is the place. The administrator is a liar and just cares about the money. I had a tour there and when I arrived she hadnt even arrived the staff said she usually arrived around 11. My tour was at 10:30.? So I just sat and waited and as I sat there other staff members didnt notice me they were speaking other language and on their phones. Residents were getting up and they got yelled at to sit down!!!. And didnt bother to ask him what he need . I just ended up leaving and nobody noticed. No call or follow up.
