I called in on March 30, 2020 at 12:44 to Lincoln Appraisal Services/People Choice Health to cancel a subscription, as my work hours had been cut and I could no longer afford the payments as well as they were the ones I had been working with in payments. I spoke with a lady who said she would cancel the subscription. I did not recieve a confirmation but figured it had went through as the payment had not been taken out of my account. On May 1st, I noticed that they had taken out a payment which prompted me to recheck the month before to which I realized they had taken the money out the day after. The payment dates were always on the first except this one time. I then call them to figure out why these two payments were taken out of my account to which they say they have no record of me calling in on March 30th. They informed me they can refund me the second payment but not the first. I then request to speak with a supervisor and I gave my number so they can call me back. There was no response for two days so I called back. The initial sales/customer service person stated that because of the pandemic, he was the only one in the office. I spoke with an Estroya?, Gloria, Janeel, and Angela. No last names were given. The customer service representative adruptly transferred me to the member services as I was trying to get proof that I had called as member services did not have the proof and it was through customer service that I cancelled. After he adruptly transferred, I tried calling back between 6-8 times to which there was no answer.

This company is a scam beware. Also, after trying to get a refund that they advised would be given within 5 days, still has not been returned and it is going on 15 days. Spoke to a manager and she advised it is still processing......do not do business with this company.

I enjoy being a member here. I use the senior resources, and I really love the daily inspiring posts. I have been doing their year long caring challenge and it has been an up;ifting experience for me. There are a few things in the caring store I am looking at for Christmas. It is a nice feeling to know that my purchases there will help the CARE charities with their programs. Good job UCA.

Wow! What a lovely group of individuals. The CARE Team hosts scholarship contests based on topics any student can partake in, giving a real chance to students from all walks of life. Their CARE store features items for sale that benefit different charities. I love being a member and reading up on their new initiatives. Keep up the good work!
