All of the nursing staff, Phisical therapists, as well as drivers, plus maintenance, all played their part in contributing to my pleasurable healing process. Undoubtedly you will be treated with dignity and as I will leave knowing that you had received the help necessary to go home.

Release patients prematurely against the advice of medical professionals without consulting family prior to release

My 96 year old mom was in the Morgan Hill facility. I will NEVER put her there again. Doctor didnt follow the meds that her regular doctor had prescribed and I had explained at length. This left her in horrible pain until I realized what was happening and got it corrected. HORRIBLE room, mattress slipping off bed and staff wouldnt fix it. BAD food. I brought her food every day. She weighed 78 pounds so this was extremely important. Her roommates were nightmares, yelling and screaming, so there was no sleep or peace. When I brought this to the staffs attention they said they knew and felt sorry for my mom but .... The staff are disorganized, contradict each other and are never prepared. Think trying to check out. The only two bright spots were some of the physical therapy staff and some of the personal care staff. If she ever needs rehab again I will go straight to in home therapy. We love the ProHealth company. Oh, the picture of the rooms on this website are taken at an angle that exaggerates the dimensions of the rooms.

I always think that if people really care abut they parents .and they don't like Pacific Hill's so why they bring their parents to a facility at all to delicate you guys should take care them ... Pacific Hill's is nice beautiful place very clean . Lost of nurse .very professional .. thank you
