Horrible management situation. 3 times the managers have been replaced and they get worse every time. They only hire people for management who are clearly dealing with addiction issues. This place is a '4 tooth minimum ' type of rental. If you don't fit the 'tweeker' lifestyle you will be harassed by management.

These are low income apartments and charge roughly 1/3 of your income for rent. My husband and I lived here when we first got married and again when we had our daughter. Clean but small units. So thankful these are in McCloud as there is no other affordable housing. Walking distance to McCloud First Baptist Church, the grocery store, McCloud General Store & Building Supply, and Floyd's Frosty.
