Cedar Creek Senior Living

I can sum it up in one sentence. I love working here.

I wish I could give it zero stars. But maybe one star is fair because one thing I can say for sure is all the staff here is great especially the executive director Martin, except for Shawniee Jackson! I unfortunately have had to cross paths with this women several times and not one time is pleasant. She has got to be one of the rudest self-absorbed people I have EVER MET! After getting to know her I have come to the conclusion that she is a racist women that is only out for herself. But not only that she is notorious for taking advantage of the residents of Cedar Creek, (See previous reviews). She misrepresents services rendered by the residents when they become a hassle for her with their requests by uping their rent when any resident has the slightest concern for themselves. The way she talks to her employees is out of this world, minimizing them to make her feel like the better, bigger person. She claims to be a women to god but in all faith, thinks she is god herself. Cedar Creek Senior Living should really do a little deeper into this women's morals and her true mission there. I truly feel bad for the residents of Cedar Creek and believe other families should remove their loved ones as I recently did.

Decent

Terrible facility. My father was abused, did not get the medical treatment he needed, had other medical care forced on him, was overcharged for a year, had his high end camera stolen while at a doctor's appointment that only staff knew about. Administration worked with a fiduciary, Patricia Keefer, who stole over $100,000 of his money. Kickback?? Hard to say. Collided with Bruce Kennedy and Judi Johnston to blame family. Only one harmed is my father. He will celebrate his 100th birthday in another facility when all.he wants to do is come home. Judi Johnston, sw, made sure that will never happen. Shawnee was the worst. Glad it's over!!!!!

Amazing staff and Executive Director. I have had the pleasure of having 4 high level staff members in my classes all whom have had nothing but great things to say about this Assisted Living Home. I have been in the facility many times teaching classes and have seen first hand the love and caring ways of all staff. My friends have had their lives one's live in this community and have spoken highly of the care.
