Hayworth Terrace Assisted Living

The owner and manager of this place are definitely in the interest of making money and not caring for your loved ones. They will say anything when you first interview with the manager. We were honest about my dad's dementia and they said they would work with him to help his memory loss. They even had us bring our own bed (which was bed bug free). The manager told us not to come by so that my dad could adjust. Literally in two days, the manager changed my dad's insurance without our authorization and transferred my dad to another facility! They said my dad walked out with another patient into a busy street. Later, when we asked the nurses, they said it never happened. Plus, isn't it their responsibility to make sure people are monitored? The last person is right, the bed bugs were a huge problem. Just to leave a bad taste, they wouldn't refund the money to the place he was transferred to even though we paid for a month. There are not many places that take Medi/Medi patients so if you have to put yourself or your parents here, make sure they are self sufficient. Also, check up on them as often as you can.

Monica Really works hard at this place. Every senior care place isn't perfect, but for what Monica do for my grandmother is amazing. Thank You so much!.
