BridgePoint at Los Altos

I have only seen this community blossom after three years of partnership with Bridgepoint of Los Altos. The renovations done inside and out give such a warm and welcoming feel and can make you feel right at home. I especially love the remodeling of the gym. It has a nice large mirror that extends the length of one of the walls and a set of parallel bars where I can work with my clients. The gym is often used by the highly skilled and competitive chair volleyball team.Another quality that sets Bridgepoint apart from other communities are their staff members. From the Wellness department, front desk, nurses, care givers, dining and maintenance staff all exude friendliness, hospitality and professionalism. They are the true backbone to this community and are the reason why it thrives so well.If you're concerned about the quality of meals that the kitchen provides, look no further. Kevin and his dining staff provide some of the best meals with variety and vegetarian options! They use some of the freshest ingredients and my food always comes out hot.

I agree with the previous review! Our mother was at BridgePoint for the final 6 years of her life. She repeated remarked on how happy she was to live there. She enjoyed Bridge, liked the food and staff and LOVED to play volleyball! The maintenance staff customized her apartment, securing furniture to the walls, painting and hanging her extensive art collection. Though it was reduced in size from that of her previous assisted living facility, she thought that it was beautiful. I should also mention that it had 2 nice closets, important for our fashionista mother!The staff was always helpful to the family and stood by us when she fell and was brought home on hospice. Under the care of the agency they recommended, she came back to life and enjoyed another 4 years of music events, group exercise and good friends- and VOLLYBALL! until her recent passing.The staff assisted us in our Celebration of Life that we held there so her friends could attend. They set up the room, provided flowers and refreshments and even a sound system so we could play her favorite music. They helped get the word out about the event. It was standing room only!

Five stars. Brigdepoint of Los Altos (BLA )is a top notch facility. Always clean and the staff and seniors are very friendly. BLA goes the extra mile to continuously renovate/modernize the facility to ensure a comfortable, safe, fun and functional living space. I would recommend BLA to anyone.

We recently moved my Dad to Bridgepoint and it has been a very positive change. Dad loves the variety and quality of the food, and that he can eat at the bistro outside of the regular meal times. His room overlooks the grassy tree shaded side yard and he loves having a 'backyard' view. The staff is attentive, caring and everyone has been very welcoming and helpful. The community areas are open, bright and very comfortable and include outdoor courtyards and a garden area. There are so many positives about BLA!

I used to work at BridgePoint for eight years. A beautiful community located minutes away from shopping and doctors, employed with extremely caring and dedicated professionals who make sure that residents are taken care like family. The Food is THE BEST In business. BridgePoint had a very busy wellness calendar filled with a variety of daily activities. When I retire, sign me up!
