This place is a dump!! It's basically 2 buildings that look like they were built in the early 1910s with a slab of concrete in between them and are not well maintained. Upon entering the gate from the sidewalk, it looks and feels like you are entering a third-world country. The rooms are small and dingy. The showers are a pipe protruding from the wall with no shower head. The food portions are extremely small and I think is actually food rejected from grocery stores and/or restaurants due to the poor quality. When I was there, I was constantly starving. Due to its proximity to the ocean, the air is humid and I constantly felt sweaty. I would not recommend to this place EXCEPT to my worst enemies -- they deserve this type of punishment!!
