This is a terrible place to bring your loved ones the care is horrible they dont give medication on time, sometimes hours late. Also if they push the emergency call button, help doesnt come sometimes for up to 30 minutes later your loved one could be sitting there having had a heart attack or a stroke or fall and bump your head maybe even died and they dont come. My loved one was sitting in his own urine when I got there lord knows for how long. This place Neglects your loved ones and then charges you for it. All the managers do when I report the care is make excuses for their staff I wish I knew how to go above their heads and report the Managers for not doing their job

Ive been employed at Linda Valley Care Center for over 2 years now and counting. The work environment is amazing and it truly feels like my second home. All the administration team is so compassionate and they care deeply about each patients needs. All the nurses and CNAs demonstrate so much passion in what they do and in the care they provide, that they create bonds and memories with their patients that go beyond their discharge. Im truly blessed to work for such an amazing company and look forward to the years ahead.

Our Mother was a resident in Linda Valley's Care Center from the end of November to the end of January - approximately 2 months. She had excellent care the entire time. The food was delicious (and our mother is extremely picky.) Her room was clean. Soiled linen/clothing was taken away immediately. The care team was attentive and loving. (They called her 'mama,' and treated her as if she was part of their own family.) My Mom is and 88 years old wheel chair bound senior. She was in hospitalized and in isolation at Loma Linda Medical Center because complications from the flu. After her hospital stay she was sent to Linda Valley to recuperate and get stronger, again in isolation. The staff at Linda Valley Care center had masks, gloves and gowns outside her room and made sure we were properly covered prior to entering her room...and made sure we disposed of the aforementioned garb when exiting. Of course she was scared and confused. When she arrived, the ambulance transport team placed her in the bed. But failed to make sure she was okay. She was uncomfortable and in quite a bit of pain. The pm nurse (Rachel) and the caregiver (Felix) came in with such compassion and re-positioned her and make her more comfortable with such loving tenderness. My mother was 'bed ridden' for about 3 weeks. She needed to be trained to sit up properly. The PT staff varied her exercises and helped her engage her abs properly. Melville the PT assistant was so kind and encouraged our Mom to be mindful as she preformed her exercises. The only 'complaints' if any, were the call light didn't work consistently. The staff gave her a bell which broke the day before she was discharged. The cable TV signal was extremely poor towards the end of her stay. In the past 15 years, our Mom has had at least 8 stays in care facilities throughout California. In my opinion, Linda Valley Care Center is one of the best care facilities in California.
