As my experience working here at summerset Lincoln I have plenty to say and plenty proof of the things that happen behind closed doors if you have family here GET THEM OUT ASAP ! If you know anybody who has a loved one here get them out please this place is horrible horrible staff horrible memory care director horrible med techs They do not care about these residents like I do Im very worried about the residents yes its nice and clean (down stairs ) but upstairs isnt when we heard a family member was coming to visit all employees would rush to change them soiled brief , Rush to clean there rooms and pretend to be the caregiver there suppose to be ! Fake co workers no heart to what they do ... Id give no stars if I could .

Good luck with getting a return phone call that was initially given, but never delivered until I had to make several call-backs and chase Shallon down to do her job. Never again will I waste my time with her INCOMPETENCE, UNPROFESSIONALISM and PASSIVE AGGRESSIVE BEHAVIOR. NO THANKS!
