Met with the VP of HR and was she delightful. Came in for a second round of interviews and met leadership; This was the most unprofessional interview Ive ever had in my career with these men. It was absolutely clear to me that even if I was offered the job I would not except it. Made me wonder if they had a problem with a woman of color being highly educated because of the kind of questions they asked were very condescending. I took note of the readings of this company on the Internet and read all of the comments from multiple people - many had a negative experience. I was reminded of that quote a fish rots at the head. If the leader ship is bad -everything else will follow. Its too bad because this company has so much potential to be more than what it is now.

The groundwork employees are good people. However, the admin is unorganized & unaware of what's going on. I've seen multiple employees be put on suspension week's ago and haven't heard or seen them at all. We had one guy who was less chipper them some of us, and they put him on suspend to take a break, and now no one knows what happen, and we aren't allowed to ask or talk about him about where or what's happened to him that was in January. There's another person who they did it to who was little grumpy just last week.
