The receptionist is the worst, she is mean and my family has not privacy with them (the receptionist and their family) they always watching us and we always feel their eyes on us ! This is not fair and she should not be working there anymore! They always giving their available unit to their relatives family. They give no other people from the community a chance for housing. I have hear a lot a comments of people applying and never getting accepted, except their family. I wish is a 0 start !

It says they are low income apartments but they are not. I applied for one apartment being a single mother with only one income and my application was passed because the receptionist they had at the time Maria E. she made sure to get her entire family moved in to the complex. I was excited to hear that low rent would become available in Kings Beach sadly for all of us real low income families we are not good enough for these complexes unless we had a relative working for this so called low income properties. I would give zero stars if it was possible

It looks good from outside. I hope it is as good as how it looks. Every city needs affordable housing. Celebrate it!!
