All the negative things people are saying are true. If you take youre loved ones here they will be neglected. Ive seen it as a patient. Horrible, nasty. Whats sad is when patients complain and no one hears them. There are some really good people who work here and they really try and god bless them, but this place is nursing home hell. They stole Xmas packages people send me, watches one guy lay in his feces for 3 hrs asking for a nurse. There response was they had no strong staff.

(Translated by Google) I would give this place 5 stars because since I arrived it was very well behaved with me and my family and most importantly, with my son. The place is always clean and I have never had problems. they love us as if we were their family, and that's something important to me that we felt comfortable. the place is not so big but it is a comfortable and espritual place. I recommend this place a thousand times to the people for the good work they always do.(Original)yo le daria a este lugar 5 estrellas porque desde que llege se an portado muy bien conmigo y mi familia y lo mas importante, con mi hijo. My son was admitted on April 1, 2019. The staff and nurses were so nice, especially Roxanne, Karyn, Michelle and Julie. Queen, the director of nurses was very helpful and kind. My son received the best of care the majority of the time except for 1 nurse. And thats why I didnt give 5 stars. This place is clean and each patient has there own TV. It was important that my son had his own tv because he was bedridden. His main form of joy. Thanks to all you great nurses who kept my son comfortable.
