Aventine Apartments

Place looks nice but it all ENDS there. Office staff is extremely unprofessional. Phone calls are never returned and older lady in office is rude. Management has changed 3 times in 3 years (red flag) last property manager even left a fake review on here (Christine W). Aventine Hercules is a 2 star property with a 5 star price tag. They also have a history with stealing security deposits with very strategic explanations. So beware and proceed with caution. Just moved out after 3 years and It was the best decision I ever made. If this warning wasn't enough do yourself a favor and stay on the highest floors because you will hear every step your neighbor above takes. For me it was a toddler who never slept. Floors are paper thin. And Aventine staff please don't respond saying you would like for me to call you I tried that for 3 years!! Aventine Hercules (Greystar) you absolutely suck!! Sincerely, #278

Loved how the place turned out... especially as a local resident, seeing the construction sit there for MaNy years. Great addition to Hercules with an interesting price.
