My mom' was treated horribly. If I could give zero or negative stars I would. She was put in a common room when she was vomiting and ignored. She became severely dehydrated. When she did not drink, eat or take meds for three days hospice was not called and neither was I (I was her conservator). They put her on oxygen and couldn't tell me why. She was always filthy, had a severe bed sore, and a black eye. They lost her glasses and most of her clothes. They all had labels. No offer to reimburse her. The director Sandra yelled at me and tried to bully me many times. She yelled at me for not giving her adequate notice when outside agencies visited my mom and when they questioned the care my mom received. She complained that my mom required too much assistance and pawned it off on hospice. She was only concerned when the rent was due. She has no business doing this job. They never informed me of anything and constantly played pass the buck. They told me it wasn't their job to inform me of anything, it was hospice's job. Hospice only came twice a week. The facility is always filthy, has holes in the walls, and a sheet on a window. All of the employees constantly speak Spanish all day. Many residents do not speak Spanish. The day I picked my mom up to move her she was burning up with a high fever, bundled in heavy sweats, under a blanket, severely dehydrated, on oxygen (no one could telly me why), and in a stuffy room. No one called hospice or me. In my opinion this facility accelerated my mom's death. She was physically healthy until they got a hold of her. If anyone knows how to report them please let me know. This place need to be shut down before something else happens!

Do Not take your loved one to this horrible place. The residents heads are shaved due to lice and the mattresses have bedbugs. One resident was almost beaten to death while sitting in his wheelchair. I see the people with dementia wandering around with no supervision. I have taken my complaints to the proper offices but nothing is ever done.
