My family decided to place my mother in the Cedarbrook facility, they seemed so nice. She had some major bruising from a fall in a shower, when she should never had been left alone. She kept getting skin tears from falls. Someone in the facility , kept stealing her clothing when the clothing was taken to the laundry , and all the management would say is 'we don't know what is happening to the clothing'. Terrible experience, bad decision to let her stay there.

This place is so so amazing and I can't say enough how happy we are that mom is in a place that feels just like home. They are so sweet and kind and all the staff is amazing. Lisa, Tammy and mom''s favorite Reuben you all are Rockstars in our minds. Thanks again for your loving and caring ways that make it so easy to know she is such great hands.

My husband and I had the exact opposite experience as the previous reviewer. We had a very good initial impression. The woman at the front desk was very nice, and called the Director, Meagan, who met with us, tried to get an idea of my father's needs and abilities, answered every single question and then gave us a guided tour of this beautiful facility. We would feel very, very comfortable placing my father here and feel confident that he would receive excellent care.
