Care is absolutely negligent, living conditions are squalid as there seems to be no interest in caring for residents.

The inside is warm and the staff is friendly. All the residents decorate their rooms to make them feel like home. Most of all my uncle enjoys the atmosphere and food as he is comforted in the end of his life.
