Im giving two stars because some of the nurses and support staff were awesome especially the therapy staff. I felt that this facility was very understaffed. I witnessed patients crying because they had to go to the bathroom and no one was there to help them. I tried the food on several occasions and I thought it was terrible. Did not use fresh potatoes or eggs etc.... I dont understand how a person can get or stay healthy without fresh foods. I witnessed patients relatives at 2:00pm complaining that their loved one had not been gotten out of bed all day and had their eyes crusted shut and need a nurse to clean them. Unfortunately the nurse was busy for the next 20 minutes. I highly recommend not sending your loved one here unless they can advocate for themselves.

This place is chock full of activities and amenities that I never thought a long term care facility would have. My grandmother gets her hair done, once a week and has a better social life than I do! She has made many new friends and is always being doted on by the nurses, therapists and has a phenomenal social worker that spends one on one time. Grandma tells us constantly that she is so happy to be around people that truly understand the challenges of aging and she gets to contribute by helping serve food to the homeless. I am so glad that she gets so much social, mental and emotional stimulation from this great place.
