Well, the Dr. seems attentative and does not sneek by like other Drs in other facilities. He has been the first to seek us out while we hang out with our family member. OT and PT Therapies are there which was good. Now for the bad. Our family members got diaper rash after two days there. They did not follow percautions to prevent injury to our family member. We let nurse know that paitient had sternum precautions and could they post a sign so that they can prevent injury to the paitient who just had open heart surgery. They said no it needs to be done by the PT who was gone for the day. We had been asking them all day about this. We put the sign that was from the cardiac dr. I observed an employee who changed a paitients diaper proceeded to touch a door knob across the hall looking for wipes and touch the food cart while wearing same gloves. Not very sanitary. The rooms are very small. They have 4 paitients to a bathroom. There are no chairs for the patient to use. Wheel chairs are scarce. Our family member needed to go to chair to eat per cardiac dr orders. The wheel chair was not always available. We requested he have a pad to prevent bed soars and nope not done. We were glad that this facility was better than other facilities in hemet however it was disapointing that the staff seemed to do the minimum.

My mother received exceptional care from many throughout her 90+ day stay. The only negative pertaining to this facility would be the night staff. One excessively large bahama mama is particularly nasty and is to be avoided if at all possible. I would recommend this facility for cognitive patients only and would highly advise nanny cams due to this unfortunate fact.

Well I will not recommend this facility to anyone, I would warn against this facility. Due to their neglagence, my mom has a broken hip. The xrays took almost 24 hrs to get done, now she is in pain that she would not have if the staff was properly trained.
