Two stars is for the proximity to campus, otherwise I would only go through this company out of unestablished renter disparity. The repairs do not come on time or they completely forget to show up. In my particular instance, 2 months or not at all while I was on a 6 month lease, waiting for things that should have been done before I moved in. Also every non-maintenance staffer I encountered, other than the secretary, had terrible customer service skills, are consistently on the defensive rather than at your aid, and typically respond as though you are pestering them for simple requests like repairs or reporting your neighbor dumping their turtle tanks on your porches/windows for regular cleanings (yes this happened). The location was prime but the rest is not worth the stress if you can avoid it, Craigslist has a lot of great options. I was in a desperate situation as my former home was sold and I hadn't developed enough credit for my other options yet. Try not to get stuck here, people are frequently moving out for good reason.
